No Matter What Warranty
If you have purchased this warranty, rest assured that you will be get a new mattress within the first 10 (ten) years from the original purchase date and from the original purchaser no matter what has happened that may have voided the manufacturers or comfort guarantee warranties.
Manufacturer's Warranty
Monarch Mattresses want to thank you for your purchase and wish you many good night sleeps through the years. Monarch Mattresses does not expect you to have defects to your mattress, but in case you do, we offer a manufacter limited warranty.
The manufacture warranty is for ten (10) years, non-prorated, from the original purchase date and to the original purchaser. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in your Monarch Mattress or foundation including faults in materials and workmansship. Monarch Mattresses will either repair or replace the defective item. In replacing one piece due to a manufacturing defect does not automatically result in the replacement of any other piece, even if purchased as a set. If the item has been discontinued, Monarch Mattresses will replace the defective item with one that is comparable in quality and price.
Replacement parts will continue to have the same warranty from the original date of purchase and original purchaser. No extended warranty will be issued. If properly supported is used and during normal use, a warranted defect in the material construction that has developed a visible indentation in the mattress greater than one (1) inch compared to the surrounding mattress areas after the foam materials have reset. It is highly recommended to use mattress protector because without a mattress protector it is very possible that the mattress may have unsanitary conditions that will void the warranty. This warranty applies to the mattress or foundation(s) and not to any other product associated with the mattress. Please keep your purchase receipt to verify the date of purchase.
EXCLUSIONS
- Damaged by misuse or abuse of the Mattress or foundation
- Mattresses used with an inadequate foundation and/or support system
-Localized firmness changes are normal and are not covered under warranty
- Burns, cuts, or tears in the fabric
- Firmness/comfort preference
- Bent perimeter border ords in the mattress in innerspring models or grid wires in the foundation damaged by misuse including, but not limited to, moving or bending the sleep set
-Animal, bugs, insects, and pests infestation
- Mattresses or foundations displaying staining or soiling that reasonably indicates the presence of potentially dangerous bodily fluids, and blood borne pathogens or other substances that could cause injury or disease
- Products used in a non-residential, commercial or institutional setting
- Bedding sold "as is" or "floor model/sample"
Comfort Guarantee
Monarch Mattresses understands that after time your comfort level may change. Thus, we offer a comfort guarantee. The comfort guarantee grants the original purchaser from the original purchase date up to ten (10) years to do a 1 time exchange on their mattress.
What Does That All Mean?
Let's say that 9.5 years or any amount of years that are ten years or less from the original purchase date and original purchaser, you decide that the comfort of your Monarch Mattress isn't what you need and you are not getting the sleep that you deserve, you can contact us for an exchange for a mattress that is of the same quality and price. If you would like to upgrade your mattress, you will only need to pay the difference in price plus shipping. For example: you purchase a mattress for $2000, 6 years goes by and you want to exchange your mattress under the comfort guarantee. You decide that you want something that costs $2500. You will only need to pay $500 plus shipping. Or if you want to go from a queen to a king and the difference between that is $300. You would only pay the $300 plus shipping.
Below, may but not limited to void your comfort guarantee. Unless you have purchased our "No Matter What" warranty.
Damaged by misuse or abuse of the Mattress or foundation Mattresses used with an inadequate foundation and/or support system. Burns, cuts, or tears in the fabric, bent perimeter border rods in the mattress in innersoring models or grid wires in the foundation damaged by misuse including, but not limited to, moving or bending the sleep set, animal, bugs, insects, and pests infestations. Mattresses or foundations displaying staining ir soiling that reasonably indicates the presence of potentially dangerous bodily fluids, blood borne pathogens or other substances that could cause injury or disease. Products used in a non-residential, commercial, or institutional setting. Bedding sold "as is" or "floor model/sample" or bedding purchased from second hand parties or non retail establishments.

100 - Night Trail
You have a 100-night trail from the day your mattress has been delivered. Here is how it works.
We ask that you give a good straight 30 nights of sleep on the new mattress. Why do we ask that? Because your body is getting used to something new and it takes a little time to adjust. After the 30 nights of sleep and you are still no comfortable with the mattress you have an additional 70 nights to decide if you want to return (Please note, if you decide to return mattress, there will be a 30% restocking fee) or do a 1-time exchange as long as nothing has happened that would void the warranty. If exchanged, the comfort guarantee is still in place.
